One inbox

Write to us, and a person writes back

There is no ticket queue and no automated first reply. Messages go to one address that one person reads, in English or Indonesian. Below the form are the answers that usually arrive faster than we do.

Send a message

Tell us what happened

The more of it you can describe, the fewer rounds it takes. What you tapped, what the screen said afterwards, and which country you were connecting to is usually enough.

Plain email works too

If a form in a browser is not how you want to write, the same inbox takes ordinary mail. Attachments are fine, screenshots especially.

Money goes through Google

Premium is billed by Google Play. Cancelling and asking for a refund both happen there, and we never see a card number. What we can do is check that a payment reached your account and fix it if it did not.

Deleting an account needs no reply

You do not have to ask us. The app has its own button for it, and it removes the account rather than flagging it.

Settings › Support › Privacy & Data › Danger Zone › Delete Account

What that removes, and what a copy of your data looks like, is set out in the privacy policy.

Never put these in a message

Your password, a password reset link, or a card number. Support never needs any of them, and a reset link is the key to the account on its own. If you have already sent one, reset the password again and the old link stops working.

Faster than waiting

Six things you can settle without us

These are the messages that arrive most often. Every one of them has an answer you can act on now, which is why they are written out here instead of being answered a day later.

How do I cancel Premium?
In the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then GMEOW VPN, then Cancel subscription. Premium keeps working until the period you already paid for runs out. Nothing needs to be cancelled on our side, because the subscription never existed on our side.
Can you refund me?
We cannot, and it is not a policy choice. The payment went to Google Play, so the refund has to come from there. Open the order in Google Play and request one. If Play turns it down and you believe the charge was wrong, write to us with the order number and we will say what we can see from our side.
My voucher code was not accepted
Codes are redeemed on the Account screen, and the field types in capitals because the match is exact. The app tells you which of the two things went wrong: Invalid voucher code means no such code exists, so it is a typo or a code from somewhere else, and Voucher already used means it has been redeemed once and cannot be again. If a code you were given reports the first message, send us the code and the email address on your account. Redeeming while Premium is still running adds the days on top rather than replacing what is left.
The app says it is connected but nothing loads
Check the resolver on the Protection screen first. A custom resolver that is not reachable produces exactly this: the tunnel is genuinely up, and no name can be looked up through it. Set it back to Cloudflare, reconnect, and try again. If plain Cloudflare has the same problem, the server itself is the likelier cause, so pick a different one from the list.
I deleted my account and I had Premium
Deleting the account here does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and the two are separate systems. If you are leaving, cancel in Play as well or the billing continues. Deletion itself cannot be undone, so a new account starts empty.
What should I include so the first reply is useful?
The country you were connecting to, the node number shown under it, what the screen said when it failed, and the build number from the bottom of Settings. That last one matters more than it looks: a problem fixed two builds ago is the most common thing we are asked about.

Sometimes the answer is that the app cannot do it

There are things this app deliberately does not promise, and knowing which is which saves a message. They are written down rather than buried.
